In the final installment of "Keeping Up With the Classroom," we check in on five educators who are finishing their first year teaching a Gilbert Public Schools. Abigail Mintz, April Clark, Gabriella Deets, Jonathan Dangerfield, and Kourtney Madsen each share the expectations they had when the school year started and how they've grown as educators since joining GPS.

The journey into kindergarten marks a significant milestone in a child's life, and GPS understands the importance of preparing our preschoolers for this transition. Similar to the district's LevelUp and Next Level events, Pave the Path offers preschoolers an opportunity to become familiar with a kindergarten environment, helping to set students up for success in the next step of their educational journey.

Gilbert Public Schools' summer programs offer something for everyone, from young children to high schoolers. The Elementary Art Show will be held from April 7 - 9, 2025 at Norwood Furniture (216 N. Gilbert Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85234).
Student artwork will be on display from all of our GPS elementary schools.
