Gilbert Public Schools is looking for enthusiastic job seekers to join our GPS Family! Join GPS for a Job Fair on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 from 4:00 to 6:00pm at Highland High School located at 4301 East Guadalupe Road.

On January 14, 2025, GPS will welcome all employees who have worked in the district for 25 years to a celebratory breakfast hosted by Superintendent Dr. Shane McCord. These individuals, spanning diverse roles within the district, exemplify the heart and soul of GPS. These are just some of their incredible stories.

At the start of the school year, five teachers new to Gilbert Public Schools shared their experience as new GPS employees. With the first semester coming to an end, we check in on these five teachers for Part II of Keeping Up with the Classroom.

Gilbert High's Ryan Fifield takes home the Silver Award at the J. F. Lincoln Foundation's National Competition in the High School Welding Project Division, marking him as a top three high school welder in the nation.

The first-ever district-wide GPS College & Career Fair offered students a unique opportunity to connect with a wide range of educational institutions and industry professionals, all in one place. So, how did the GPS College and Career Fair “fare” up?

The Arizona Department of Education (ADE) has released the 2023-24 School Letter Grades. For the 2023-24 school year Gilbert Public Schools has achieved an ‘A’ letter grade for our school district. Further, all GPS schools have achieved either an ‘A’ or ‘B’ letter grade, rating them as excellent or highly performing by the Arizona Department of Education.
