Upcoming info session: Thursday, April 9th, 2026
All sessions will take place in the GHS Library. We will start with a GAMS info session at 5:30, followed by a general IB session from 6:30-7:30. This IB session is especially good for freshmen and sophomore families considering one of the full IB programs for their junior year, but is also great for incoming students curious about the programs we offer.

IB Mission
The International Baccalaureate® aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable, and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end, the organization works with schools, governments, and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment.
These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate, and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right.

DP students reflect on the nature of knowledge, complete independent research, and undertake a project that often involves community service. This is a two-year program for students to begin their junior year.

CP focuses on service learning, second language development, the Personal and Professional Skills course, and the Reflective Project. This is a two-year program for students to begin their junior year.
