The Tiger family is excited to announce the appointment of Assistant Principal/  Athletics Director Dr.  Renee Regoli in the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Read on to hear about Renee Regoli's passion for education in her own words.

"I have always believed in the power of education and extracurricular activities to change lives. Throughout my career, I have been inspired by the relationships educators build with students and the opportunity to help young people discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and achieve goals they never thought possible. Being part of a student's journey is both a privilege and a responsibility that I value deeply.

I'm passionate about making a positive impact on students every day. Schools continue to evolve, but the mission remains the same: helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

I hope every student and parent can say that they feel valued, supported, and connected to the Gilbert High School community. I want students to know they belong here and that we are committed to helping them reach their full potential, while parents feel informed, welcomed, and confident that we always put students first.

A great school provides a sense of belonging, meaningful relationships, high expectations, and opportunities for growth. Students need to feel safe, supported, challenged, and encouraged to discover their passions. When schools create an environment where students know they matter, incredible things can happen.

Some of my favorite memories came from being involved in athletics during school. The friendships, teamwork, and sense of community that developed through those experiences taught me lessons that extended far beyond high school and continue to influence my leadership today.

I am honored to serve the Gilbert High community. As a proud alumni, Gilbert High has a long tradition of excellence, and I look forward to building relationships, supporting our students and coaches, and working together to create exceptional experiences for all Tigers.

Fun fact About Me: Many people know me through education and athletics, but they may be surprised to learn that I enjoy traveling and exploring historical destinations. I love learning about different communities, cultures, and traditions, and I enjoy planning trips that combine history, local experiences, and opportunities to learn something new."
