Gilbert High Renovates Lab and Auditorium to Support Student Excellence

Creating a learning environment where every student can thrive takes our entire community of teachers, administrators, staff, families, and students. At Gilbert High School, we are dedicated to continuing a tradition of excellence, one student at a time, within a safe, inclusive, and collaborative learning community.

During school hours, our Tiger Family works to develop inquiring, knowledgeable, and caring individuals who are prepared for college, career, and life after high school. Meanwhile, over summer break, our district Operations team worked on updates throughout our campus to support hands-on learning and maintain an environment for everyone to succeed.
During the break, Operations staff focused on two major campus projects:

• Meats Lab Renovations: Our Meats Processing Lab was modernized to provide an updated, hands-on learning space that supports growing coursework and equips students with valuable real-world skills.
• Auditorium AV Renovation: Upgrades were made to our auditorium’s audiovisual systems to modernize the technology, enhancing student performances, assemblies, and school gatherings.

"When facilities are well cared for, students notice. It lets them know we care about their environment, and that translates directly into pride in their school."

Whether supporting hands-on learning in an updated lab or hosting families for performances in the auditorium, these updates help ensure Gilbert High remains a safe, well-cared-for place where our Tiger Family can thrive.
