About Me

I am originally from New Jersey and I moved out to Arizona to attend Arizona State University. I graduated from ASU in 2013 and earned my degree in Special Education with a dual degree in Elementary Education. I never returned home because I ended up meeting my now, fiance during my time at ASU. I can't imagine going back to the east coast humidity, rain and snow!

I student taught in the Gilbert District, at Canyon Rim Elementary. I had two fantastic mentors and learned a great deal from them. I have worked in various Special Education classroom settings from self-contained to inclusion for 6 years. I have been the SPICE II teacher for three years now and have loved every second of it! The SPICE II program is one of a kind!
